With the advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the increased digital literacy of citizens, traditional face-to-face civil complaint processing methods are showing limitations. Therefore, it is essential to establish a civil complaint processing system utilizing digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, and cloud computing. This study analyzes the current status of domestic and international digital civil complaint processing, evaluates its efficiency, proposes specific improvement measures, and suggests ways to strengthen the role of the ACRC.
