For this purpose, survey data from the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) were analyzed. The results show that corruption has a negative impact on job performance and organizational performance, and that the level of impact varies depending on the type of organization. In particular, the impact is greater in municipal-level governments. These findings suggest that it may be important to have anti-corruption policies that are appropriate for the type of organization. This study is different from previous studies in that it examines the relationship between corruption and job and organizational performance according to the type of organization, and contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the impact of corruption. Finally, the results of this study can provide useful implications for future anti-corruption policies to enhance the integrity of public servants.%u2759 Key word corruption perception, job performance, organizational performance, public employee, anti-corruption, institutional improvement
